shipping & return policy

shipping 

all orders are created in Milton and shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. we aim to ship your order within 3 to 7 days from receiving it. Untracked lettermail will be dropped in the post box within 1-4 business days. Please contact us if you have an urgent request and we are happy to accommodate.

untracked lettermail (est. 5 to 13 business days) and standard tracked (3 to 5 business days) via stallion express or canada post are available.

lettermail disclaimer - only offered for orders up to 50 grams. this is an affordable option to ship your order and DOES NOT include tracking. since these orders have restricted measurements, your items may be packed together on the same display card. if you need them packaged separately, please indicate in the order notes section. Note: usually orders arrive within 5 to 13 days but this cannot be guaranteed. once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. by choosing this option, you acknowledge we will not know when your order will arrive and we are not responsible for delays or lost mail. If your order becomes lost in transit, we recommend to upgrade to tracked shipping to resend the order.

standard tracked and express delivery is available and all shipped via USPS or Stallion Express and takes about 5 to 8 business days to arrive.

other international orders 

standard tracked is available and estimated delivery is within 5 to 21 business days.

*ORDERING NEW RELEASES - This may cause a 2-3 business day delay in processing orders due to the influx of orders from a new collection release.

*COVID/HOLIDAY/ DELAYS MAY HAPPEN. in the event of delays, please reference your tracking information and contact the shipping courier for accurate status update of your order.

return policy 

due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns. if your item has any damage or is faulty, we will gladly replace the item for you (if in stock) or provide a refund. please note, a photo inspection needs to be provided and you must contact us within 7 days after delivery.
